What is it?
Some items only sell strongly at certain times of the year. These types of products challenge rudimentary inventory planning tools.
The three common issues with these product types are:
- Out of Stocks when the selling season commences.
- Overstocks when the selling season winds down.
- Spot additional warehouse capacity expensive through no planning.
